═════════════════════════════════• Blacklisted person aren't allowed to commission me.• You must be aware of my recent art skill and style to prevent any troubles.• Turn around time is a week to a month max.• I only accept a complete image reference for characters. No texts. If you do not have a reference sheet, you may send me multiple images of your character ! Note that shaded art doesn't show accurate colors.• You're responsible of the quality of the reference.• You must provide the maximum of information before I start.• I'll contact you at every step of your commission. You may ask 3 edits MAX for each of this steps : sketch, lineart and coloring. You'll have to pay 5$ for each edit once your free edits are used. I won't make edit once the art is shaded.• You may request a refund after a month if we didn't start your commission.• I do not provide any PSD files unless rare exception.• If you trade/sell an OC I drew for you, the new user is more than welcome to use the piece I've made to decorate their page, use on stream or make personal merchandise. Be careful tho : New owner cannot make merchandise to sell unless you paid for commercial rights beforehand. If you didn't purchased commercial right and the new owner wants to, they may contact me.• You can use your paid art where you want ! ═════════════════════════════════• You may trade/sell/give a character I made. No need to ask me permission to do so unless I personally asked you to contact me.• Resale to make profite is prohibited unless extra arts of said adoptable has been made/purchased (this mean if you purchase an OC 5$ you cannot resell it for 10$ if you didn't add any pieces of art)• If you own a character I made, please, credit us. Do not ever claim to be the designer of a design made by me.• You may edit the design as long as you still credit me for the original version.• Never put your own T.O.S on design I made without asking me permission. Note that I'm in right to refuse your request.• Do not lock sale/trade characters I designed. Doing so goes against my "never put your own T.O.S on design I made• If a design by me comes with physical items, you'll have to send them away when reselling (You may add the shipping cost to the value but this must be stated in the sale to avoid any scamming). Note that I won't be able to help you get items if you didn't receive them as I'm only the designer. Issues must be discussed with the person having the items.• You may co-own design I made as long as my t.o.s are respected. Note that I won't be able to intervene in case of a dispute between each owners.
